Success behind unsuccess

The unsuccessful people always talk about success, aim and ambition. But the successful man more intend toward their work style, plan and positive attitude to find out the way of success, They work in the perfect manner so that success comes behind them.

The person who want success in his work must know about his strength and weakness. Suppose a person want to become an engineer than he must have proper knowledge of mathematics and physics,than he can crack competitive exams of engineering. So first we decide our aim on the basis of our calibre and our strong and weak points.
